Evidently there is going to be a Sweeney Todd sequel. The focus is going to be on the daughter of the Mrs. Lovett character from the original story.
After the events of the original story, the daughter goes to the United States and opens a sandwich shop in a strip mall with the same "secret ingredient" as her mother's famous pies.
The working title of the movie is...
Subway, Eat Flesh!

It would be interesting to see a Sweeney sequal. It's like... Sweeney and Mrs. Lovett are dead (and let's just say they went down 'if ya know what I mean') Sweeney realizes after a while, his mistake and ends up falling for Mrs. Lovett. They have a baby 'down there.' "Points below the ground.* And their child returns to 'become his own father' by killing people for the death of his parents. Sweeney Todd II-The Demon Spawn. Most definately would never happen, but an interesting idea I think. Hahha. Like father and mother, like son! O.o
